Servion Global Solutions, a contact center and digital customer experience solutions provider, has achieved Cisco CMSP Master Certified Partner Status in the United Kingdom, allowing it to sell, install, and manage Cisco contact center and collaboration solutions in the United Kingdom.
Servion's Cisco partner certifications now include the following:
- Cisco Webex Calling;
- Cisco Collaboration SaaS authorization;
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Satellite Authorization; and
- Cisco Cloud and Managed Services Master Partner for Collaboration and Contact Center.
Servion, a Cisco Advanced Technology Partner since 2006, employs more than 250 Cisco-certified contact center sales specialists, pre-sales engineers, implementation consultants, and CX managers and has implemented more than 200 Cisco on-premises and cloud contact center solutions.
