Inflow Communications, a provider of ShoreTel unified communications announced a new partnership with global cloud contact center provider LiveOps.
LiveOps contact center solutions adds social media monitoring and response across various customer service channels using an integrated dashboard for customer service agents. LiveOps’ cloud contact center was created to serve customers who no longer wish to rely solely on traditional customer service channels such as phone and email.
The new partnership adds multichannel customer service and support capabilities to Inflow’s list of UC and VoIP business communication products which are designed to improve internal workflow and collaboration for medium to large enterprises.
