Inflow Pairs with LiveOps

Inflow Communications, a provider of ShoreTel unified communications has announced a sales partnership with global cloud contact center provider LiveOps.

The new partnership adds multi-channel customer service and support capabilities to Inflow's list of unified communications and VoIP business communications products. These communications products are designed to improve internal workflow and collaboration for medium to large enterprises.
