Tracy is the Chief Operating Office of State Collection Service, Inc, a healthcare-centric contact center headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin.  State has 4 contact centers and services hospitals and physicians nationwide.  Tracy has 20+ years of experience in the customer service and collection industry, with a focus on the operational aspects of a contact center.  Under Tracy's leaderhip the State team was recently recognized by SpecchTek Maagazine for the 2017 Implementtion Award for real-time speech analytics, and was previously recognized by SpeechTek Magazine in 2014 with an Implementation Award for their post call speech analytics program.
