Derrick Ricca has worked in hospitality for the past 20+ years. His passion is people and bringing smiles to their faces. By identifying early on that guests and customers love a little extra tlc, he has grown his business and network through more "being nice" and less cold calling. His success is attributed to having a great work culture where you treat your co-workers like they are also your customers.
