Paul Chang is CEO of BEN, a firm he joined in 2023 after 18 years at IBM where he led the go-to-market, product strategy, and sales/marketing for emerging software technologies like artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of Things, radio frequency identification, and avanced predictive analytics. Prior to IBM, Chang worked for several startups, including Corvis, an optical network company. He has a long history of working closely with government agencies such as the FDA and State Board of Pharmacy to provide guidance on new technologies.
