Keith McIntosh is a senior principal quantitative researcher on the Gartner Customer Service and Support Team. In this role, he is responsible for survey design, data collection, and analysis. He also facilitates research discussions that generate new lines of inquiry leading to Gartner insights. Prior to joining Gartner, he worked as a project manager for a longitudinal study on the college-to-career transition. During his doctoral program, he studied urban sociology and specialized in community renewal initiatives. He has previous experience in market research, where he collected benchmark data on brand health and the effectiveness of advertisements. He was a research program manager at Temple University for three years, an adjunct lecturer at Drexel University for a year, and a business analyst at Kantar Millward Brown for four years.
