noHold Launches Module 1000

noHold has launched Module 1000, the latest component to its SICURA artificial intelligence platform. Module 1000 provides a way for companies with thousands of products to create virtual assistants quickly and in a scalable way.

Module 1000 is able to accomplish this by leveraging existing documents to create the content for the virtual assistants. These documents can be product manuals or logged session scripts from live interactions, for example.

"When dealing with thousands of product lines, possibly in multiple languages, it is key to be able to capitalize on existing content. It is unrealistic to create specialized content for each of the thousand products just to make sure it works for the virtual assistant," said Diego Ventura, CEO of noHold, in a statement. "We have been focusing on making this a reality, and Module 1000 represents a first important step in that direction."
