Zultys, a provider of unified communications, announced the availability of Zultys Mobile Communicator version 4.0 for Android which extends advanced IP business phone system functionality like voicemail management and contact center agent capabilities to the mobile device.
With Zultys Mobile Communicator 4.0, mobile and remote workers can now answer contact center agent calls from their Android devices and access the same call management features as their office counterparts. If the best person to answer a customer call is remote or on the road, business owners no longer have to worry about compromising the quality of their customer service.
Zultys Mobile Communicator 4.0 also brings convenient visual voicemail functionality, previously reserved for the desktop unified communication client, to the mobile market. Mobile employees can see voice messages left for their personal extension and any call groups they are agents of. Messages can be saved, deleted, or forwarded to a coworker with an attached personalized pre-amble message. The new application is now available to download from the Google Play Store.
