Zendesk today launched an app for collaboration platform Slack, with native Slack Actions.
With Slack and Zendesk working together, companies can get the right people together to collaborate. Slack users can create tickets and attach comments without ever leaving the Slack interface.
The app leverages the newest Slack Actions feature, instant, multichannel notifications, and auto-posting to Zendesk.
"With the new Zendesk App for Slack, great customer service can now happen anywhere in your organization, right where work happens," Billy Robbins, director of technology alliances at Zendesk, wrote in a blog post.
