Through a new partnership announced yesterday, Ytel will provide its customers with new payment features powered by Govolutions's Velocity Call Center Payments platform.
New features will enable Ytel users to accept payments through interactive voice response, self-service Web payments, and agent-assisted payments through integration with Ytel's Cloud Contact Center solution. Agents will have access to payment details for all past payments and can provide customer service support relative to payments made through any channel supported by the Velocity Payment System, including face-to-face, Web, mobile, and previous payments made through the call center.
