Webhelp, a provider of customer experience (CX) and business solutions, will acquire OneLink, a customer experience, outsourcing, and technology services provider. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Following the acquisition, Webhelp will have 190 locations across 55 countries and more than 90,000 employees globally.
