Vocantas has launched the Communicate Mobile App, which allows companies to improve employee shift fill results through mobile outreach and engagement.
Within the app, Vocantas' auto shift fill technology, ASF 4.0, is now available at employees' fingertips. ASF 4.0 paired with the Communicate Mobile app connects seamlessly with scheduling systems and automates scheduling processes using existing procedures. The app also offers push notification capability.
The mobile app also offers the following capabilities:
- Employee notification of open shifts so they can bid on shifts through the mobile app and/or by SMS, phone, email, or the online Employee Portal;
- Responses are interactive and in real time;
- Details of each interaction are saved for report and audit purposes;
- Intuitive user interface;
- Leading change management processes;
- Full security.
The Communicate Mobile app is compatible with Android and iOS systems and can be downloaded from the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
