Verint Systems has partnered with Group Elite Communications, a provider of professional and managed services for workforce optimization and other solutions, to bring together Group Elite's professional sales, services, support, and consulting with Verint's Customer Engagement solutions, available in the cloud, on-premises, or hybrid models.
Group Elite's customer experience solutions and managed service offerings can be layered on top of Verint solutions to further automate, manage, and provide proactive care. Users will also have access to added functionality, streamlined deployments, and tools for seamless operation.
Verint Customer Engagement solutions include software and services for voice-of-the-customer, workforce optimization, employee engagement, security, fraud, and compliance.
