UJET, a cloud contact center provider, has named PlanetOne to its Channel Partner Program.
As a new UJET master agent, PlanetOne will provide its agents and solution provider partners full access to UJET's cloud contact center platform and features. Partners can also access the new UJET Virtual Agent, which provides proactive, conversational AI to empower both customers and contact center agents.
