Transcom, a business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer experience services provider, has partnered with Sanas, provider of the Speech Understanding Platform, to deploy its Noise-Cancellation and Real-Time Accent-Translation solutions in its more than 85 call centers across 29 countries.
