Thrio, a provider of cloud contact center software, has integrated its native switching with Subspace, a provider of global private networks. Now, companies using Thrio can select Subspace's optional premium service for private network connections around the world, giving agents and end customers improved voice quality and application performance.
Together, Thrio and Subspace will offer the following
- Improved voice quality via reduced latency, packet loss, and jitter;
- Accessibility via more than 130 telco, data center, and ISP PoPs worldwide;
- Real-time rich voice quality analytics; and
- The ability to isolate agent connectivity issues quicker down to the last mile.
