TeleSpeak has introduced SimplyCloud, a pure-hosted, 100 percent cloud-based contact center software suite.
SimplyCloud was built from the ground up to deliver a complete omnichannel environment. Additionally, SimplyCloud delivers a fully transparent management tool for both local and remote employees.
"This new and exciting platform will allow our clients to have total interaction with their customers on a seamless omnichannel eco-system," Chance Myers, TeleSpeak's chief sales and marketing officer, said in a statement.
