ScoreData today announced a strategic partnership with Talkdesk through its AppConnect ecosystem. The partnership will leverage artificial intelligence and Dynamic Machine Learning through ScoreData's ScoreFast platform.
With this partnership Talkdesk will be able to offer solutions powered by AI and machine learning across multiple verticals. These solutions will be able to handle 50 to thousands of seats and impact an expansive list of operational metrics, such as first call resolution, average handle time, and average speed of answer, across omnichannel touch points in contact centers of all sizes. It will also provide an interoperable solution that works with industry-standard contact center solutions with existing queuing and routing mechanisms as well as related CRM/ERP solutions.
