Talkdesk, a cloud contact center solutions provider, has introduced Talkdesk Phone Mobile App and Talkdesk Schedule Mobile App, two apps for the Talkdesk On The Go suite of mobile solutions. Talkdesk had previously launched Conversations Mobile App, which allows agents to tap Talkdesk Cloud CX from their mobile phones, tablets, or smartwatches to access real-time customer information and tools.
Talkdesk Phone Mobile App allows employees to connect from anywhere on their mobile devices using a modern cloud business phone system. Teams can connect and collaborate with each other, receive and make calls, and connect with subject matter experts.
Talkdesk Schedule Mobile App provides contact center agents with on-the-go access to their scheduled shifts directly on their mobile devices.

The Talkdesk On The Go suite additionally brings Talkdesk Workspace to mobile. Talkdesk On The Go apps are secured through single-sign-on authentication.
