Talkdesk today released Talkdesk Enterprise for ServiceNow, featuring a deep integration between the Talkdesk Enterprise Contact Center Platform and ServiceNow that enables voice and ServiceNow interactions simultaneously.
This seamless integration ensures data between contact centers and service desks stays in sync and leverages workflows to automatically create users, incidents, and cases.
