Talkdesk has integrated with Epic's electronic health record (EHR) platform and made Talkdesk CX Cloud available in Epic's App Orchard, giving healthcare organizations a better way to provide patients with seamless, personalized service.
Through its integration with Epic, Talkdesk helps providers guide patients in navigating the healthcare system and optimize every interaction. Leveraging a single user interface, Talkdesk Workspace, contact center agents, front-desk staff, and other patient-facing employees can access comprehensive, contextualized data, identify inbound callers, gather information from the interactive voice response system, and intelligently route them to the best contact center team, facility, or provider office.
