TCN, a provider of cloud-based call center technology, is expanding into India with the opening of its new subsidiary, ClearTouch. Powered by TCN’s technology, ClearTouch aims to help companies transform on-premises infrastructure into cloud-based systems with its advanced contact center platform.
ClearTouch offers omnichannel contact center solutions that include a predictive dialer, autodialer, interactive voice response (IVR) systems, call recording, speech analytics, and business analytics.
