Star Telecom, a Canadian telecommunications provider focused exclusively on contact centers, has signed a reseller agreement with Genesys to market, sell, and support Genesys PureConnect and Genesys PureCloud platforms.
Star Telecom provides SIP trunking, cloud contact center, call recording, cloud PBX, and SMS. Through this agreement, businesses can deploy the PureConnect and PureCloud platforms as a complementary component of the Star Telecom portfolio or as an independent solution.
