Speechmatics has made its any-context speech recognition engine available on the Genesys AppFoundry for use with Genesys Engage and Genesys PureConnect.

Available in more than 30 languages, Speechmatics' technology provides a baseline transcription output for other automated technologies, such as sentiment and analytics.
