Serviceaide, a provider of IT and enterprise service management solutions, has acquired Wendia, a provider of enterprise service management solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The combination will create new offerings and capabilities for customers seeking to modernize, streamline, and automate the way they deliver and manage a range of service and support functions. Wendia's enterprise service management solution includes modules for service desk management, configuration and asset management, purchase and inventory management, and self-service and automation.
