ScreenMeet has made its co-browsing and remote control applications available through Talkdesk's new AppConnect enterprise app store.
ScreenMeet is one of the first launch partners for AppConnect, which already includes 16 apps.
Talkdesk admins can integrate ScreenMeet's capabilities into their contact centers with one click. Like all AppConnect tools, ScreenMeet is available as a free trial with a pay-as-you-go system after the trial.
Screenmeet works on all platforms and is a secure and encrypted solution that works through corporate firewalls and with Single Page Web Apps (SPAs). The new ScreenMeet functionality includes the following:
- Instant cobrowsing on all platforms, including mobile devices;
- Remote control of remote devices; and
- A software development kit for third-party apps to integrate directly into iOS and Android.
