Quiq Partners with Carahsoft

Quiq, a provider of agentic artificial intelligence for citizen experience solutions, and Carahsoft Technology, a government IT solutions provider, have signed a deal in which Carahsoft will serve as Quiq's public-sector distributor, making the company's AI Studio, AI Agents, and AI Contact Center available through Carahsoft's reseller partners and government contracts.

"The potential for efficiency gains and cost savings with digital messaging and agentic AI solutions is tremendous in the public sector," said Mike Myer, CEO and founder of Quiq, in a statement. "Leveraging AI agents for process automation across voice and asynchronous channels will be key to improving the service and support U.S. citizens receive, which will help build more trust in government entities while reducing overhead. It's time for citizens to get better service from all levels of government, whether that's self-service through an AI agent or an interaction with a human agent assisted by AI on the digital channel of their choice. We're excited to partner with Carahsoft to make safe, proven AI accessible to the public sector."

"We chose to partner with Quiq as they offer what public-sector organizations need to modernize their service channels safely with AI," said Michael Adams, program executive for AI solutions at Carahsoft, in a statement. "Quiq has created a rapid agentic AI builder with its AI Studio, which includes all the tools, integrations, and guardrails needed throughout the AI development life cycle, as well as the real-time observability and analytics necessary once AI Agents are deployed and scaled. The availability of AI Studio through our reseller partners enables public-sector engineers to have complete control and insight into their AI solutions, empowering them to confidently embrace game-changing technology and deliver the time-saving self-service citizens expect today."
