OnviSource, a provider of workforce optimization, contact center operation analytics and automation, customer experience management, and business process automation, is partnering with Voicegain, a speech-to-text and speech recognition company. OnviSource will integrate Voicegain's deep learning-based speech-to-text platform into its Intellecta multichannel analytics solution, which uses speech-to-text and natural language understanding to analyze customer interactions and audio-based content.
