Numonix Releases Recite SPE Edition of Its Call Recording Solution

Numonix has released Recite Service Provider Edition (SPE) to enables telecom service providers and shared contact centers to offer secure, compliant, multitenant interaction recording and quality management.

Recite SPE is compatible with most cloud and on-premises unified communications platforms, including those offered by Avaya, Cisco Systems, Mitel, ShoreTel, and Toshiba. Supported technologies include Microsoft's Skype for Business, Broadsoft, Asterisk, Metaswitch, and SIPREC.

"Recite SPE enables service providers to tap into an additional source of revenue by offering their customers a fully featured, compliant call recording and quality management solution," said Michael Levy, president and joint CEO of Numonix, in a statement.

Recite is a fully featured, compliant call recording and quality management solution. Features include the following:

  • File encryption, segregated databases, and granular permission-based roles to facilitate secure data access and adhere to various compliance regulations;
  • Centralized Web-based access and administration;
  • Access to quality management for agent scoring and reporting;
  • RECAP (API) for seamless integration with service providers' portals;
  • RECAP (API) for provisioning users with enhanced provisioning for Skype for Business;
  • Tenant migration between systems or to a dedicated solution;
  • Proactive monitoring; and
  • User activity logging.

Numonix also today also enhanced its Recite integration with Allworx VoIP business telephone systems and announced a new Allworx distribution agreement with Vital Communications, a distributor of Allworx VoIP business telephone systems.

In addition to internal and PSTN call recording, Recite has the unique ability to record calls from remote users and at-home agents and from a mobile device via the Allworx Reach client,” said Chard Johnston, vice president of product management at Numonix, in a statement.

through the enhanced integration with Allworx VoIP business telephone systems, businesses will benefit from the following:

  • Allworx View and Recite application qualified to reside on the same server;
  • Ability to record calls generated by Allworx Reach and Microsoft Lync or Skype for Business within a single Recite deployment;
  • Recite's active and passive integrations into both Allworx and Microsoft environments;
  • Centralized management, storage, and playback of single, multisite, regional, and geographic Allworx deployments; and
  • Microsoft SharePoint and Azure cloud integrations.
