Numonix has enhanced the integration of its Recite interaction recording solution with Toshiba's VIPedge cloud-based business telephone solution as well as its on-site IPedge and Strata CIX IP-digital converged business telephone systems.
Recite's enhanced integration for Toshiba allows customers to record trunk or station side on Toshiba's IPedge, VIPedge, and Strata CIX platforms, whether in the main or branch location using CSTA or OAI.
