NovelVox has been selected by Avaya for membership as a Technology Partner in the Avaya DevConnect program.
As a DevConnect Technology Partner, NovelVox expects to help Avaya customers improve agent productivity and customer satisfaction through its Agent Accelerator unified agent desktop solution. The Agent Accelerator integrates with more than 75 third-party applications, enabling agents to see a 360-degree view of customer information on a single screen before answering a call.
NovelVox's solutions leverage Avaya OneCloud unified communications and contact center capabilities.

The Avaya DevConnect program is part of the Avaya Experience Builders network of Avaya experts, partners, developers, and customers. Through the DevConnect program, Avaya provides companies with technical education, access, and support for many Avaya platforms and interfaces. Technology Partners receive additional benefits, such as compliance testing and co-marketing support. DevConnect Technology Partners, like NovelVox, must meet rigorous criteria for customer satisfaction, product support, business operations, marketing, and sales.
