VoltDelta, a cloud-based contact center services and voice self-service applications provider, has been acquired by network services provider NewNet Communication Technologies, a Skyview Capital company. VoltDelta is a wholly owned subsidiary of Volt Information Sciences. Financial terms were not disclosed.
VoltDelta’s solutions include virtual contact centers, voice self-service, and cloud-based multichannel services. The 35-year-old company is headquartered in New York with global operations and data centers in North America, the U.K., and Germany.
"The acquisition of the VoltDelta represents a significant milestone in the evolution of NewNet's product portfolio and market focus,” said Alex Soltani, chairman and CEO of Skyview Capital, in a statement. “The combination of these two businesses provides significant scale to NewNet and allows us to expand our telecom services to additional geographies and customer groups. We look forward to growing the ONDemand, cloud-based services and the LSSI Big Data services.”
