Mitel, a provider of real-time busines cloud and mobile communications, today launched a suite of products and services for the cloud-powered mobile enterprise.
Mitel is addressing the mobile enterprise, where everyday business communication, including voice, video, presence and chat, is seamless across any device.

The new suite of mobile products include the following:
- Tap-to-connect communications and collaboration tools optimized for smartphones: Purpose-built for any smartphone, Mitel's MiCollab unified communications software enables real-time voice, video, and collaboration. This mobile-first version of MiCollab enables companiesto deliver advanced presence, company directory, and tap-to-connect features.
- Expanded geographic support of multitenant, multi-instance cloud platforms and best path to the mobile cloud into France, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
- Intelligent customer service capabilities through MiContact Center, which enables text, chat, and speech applications. Enhanced analytics and integration capabilities integrates customer data with IoT and/or M2M triggers.
- New mobile capabilities for hospitality customers: Mitel's Hospitality solutions link guest smartphones to the hotel's network, making them extensions of their room phones, allowing guests to access hotel room key, voice mail, speed dial functions and location-based capabilities for service delivery.
