The partnership combines Mindtree's digital transformation consulting services and data integration capabilities with Conversable's chatbot enterprise platform.
The Conversable SaaS-based messaging platform enables companies to create intelligent, on-demand customer response flows using chatbot technology.and deploy conversational experiences through messaging platforms and voice applications like Facebook, Twitter, SMS, Amazon Echo, Slack, Kik, and more.
Conversable will leverage Mindtree's digital knowledge and domain expertise to standardize backend systems integration. Through Mindtree's development and implementation of application programming interface (API) strategies, the partnership also helps companies add ecommerce functionalities to existing systems and enable more intelligent messaging.
