MiaRec Cloud allows service providers to offer call recording and advanced contact center performance management solutions with no upfront investment or on-going maintenance costs.
MiaRec is currently used by more than 30 service providers across four continents. It enables service providers to offer call recording to help meet compliance requirements around the world. On top of the compliance call recording MiaRec offers advanced contact center functionality, such as screen recording, agent evaluation, live monitoring, extensive reporting, and speech analytics.
