Intermedia Adds Archiving to Microsoft Teams

Intermedia Cloud Communications, a provider of communications, collaboration, and customer engagement solutions, has expanded Intermedia Archiving to Microsoft Teams users who leverage Intermedia Unite Unified Communications (UC) and Intermedia Contact Center (CC) integrated within Microsoft Teams.

Intermedia is bringing Teams, UC, CC, and archiving together in one fully integrated solution. With this enhancement, businesses can now capture, retain, and manage Microsoft Teams chat and meeting interactions alongside Unite voice, SMS, and Contact Center communications (voice, email, SMS, webchat, and other digital channels), creating a centralized, role-based, compliance-driven repository with seamless access through a single pane of glass.

By consolidating Microsoft Teams, Intermedia Unite, Contact Center, and Microsoft 365 Email into a single, structured repository, organizations can now build a rich data foundation that can be leveraged by AI and analytics tools to do the following:
