Interactive Northwest Inc. (INI), a developer of interactive voice response (IVR) and contact center systems integration software, has completed compliance testing for INI AudioMenus with key customer engagement solutions from Avaya.
INI AudioMenus, with speech functionality enabled, helps businesses adapt speech recognition and/or touchtone IVR menu options and announcements to business needs and changes in customer sentiment. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura Experience Portal 7.0.
INI is a technology partner in the Avaya DevConnect program, an initiative to develop, market and sell third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology.
