InterVision Launches NextMove for Avaya

InterVision, an information technology (IT) managed services provider, today launched NextMove for Avaya as Avaya plans to discontinue support for contact center-as-a-service deployments less than 200 seats beginning June 30.

InterVision NextMove for Avaya includes a free trial of Amazon Connect. Powered by Amazon Web Services, NextMove for Avaya consolidates customer service tools across channels into a single, scalable platform, backed by advanced AI and automation capabilities. The program supports businesses of all sizes, from 20 to 2,000 agents.
