InGenius' Connector Enterprise 6.0 has been rated Avaya-compliant for the Avaya IP Office phone platform. The application is also listed on the Avaya DevConnect Marketplace.
InGenius connects directly into CRM with integrated caller information, phone controls, and call notes. It uses existing infrastructure and tools to provide a 360-degree view of customer call interactions for analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
