HireIQ's artificial intelligence-driven software-as-a-service (SaaS) recruitment solution for contact center agents is now available on Genesys' AppFoundry, a dedicated customer experience marketplace.
Through the partnership with Genesys, organizations using the Genesys PureEngage, PureConnect, or PureCloud platforms can now also leverage HireIQ to automatically assess candidates using voice characteristics and predictive analytics to identify the right talent for the right job.
HireIQ leverages machine learning to automate the interview process for hiring contact center agents, providing predictive capabilities that identify candidates who will exceed performance objectives and reduce attrition.
