Genesys, a provider of omnichannel customer experience and contact center solutions, has started a new global reseller channel for Genesys PureCloud to meet growing international customer demand. The program will involve leading multinational and national telecommunications carriers to help Genesys expand the global footprint for its cloud customer engagement solution.
Several top telcos, including Telefónica, Telstra, Swisscom, and TDC Group have already signed on as PureCloud resellers.
"Our carrier reseller relationships are a key component to our growth strategy for PureCloud," said Brian Bischoff, senior vice president of PureCloud Commercial Operations at Genesys, in a statement. "We are committed to expanding our global telco network, allowing carriers to provide value-added cloud services locally. By augmenting their existing product portfolios with PureCloud, our partners will immediately benefit with a competitive edge in their markets."
Genesys allows carriers to bundle PureCloud with voice and other complementary products in their portfolios. Telcos can provide customers deployment services, premium support, and the resources to build customizations and integrations.
