Genesys, a provider of cloud customer experience and contact center solutions, has made Genesys Cloud available in AWS Marketplace, Amazon Web Service's digital catalog with thousands of software listings from independent software vendors.
With Genesys Cloud in AWS Marketplace, customers can benefit from simplified sourcing and contracting as well as consolidated billing. The new listing also lets companies apply their use of Genesys Cloud to their AWS Enterprise Discount Program (EDP) spend commitment.

Hosted on AWS, Genesys Cloud lets businesses build customer relationships across channels, including voice, text, web chat, and social.
