GenVoice has launched Cloud PBX, a cloud-based business phone system that lets users track calls. The system also integrates with Slack, Stride, Asana, and a number of CRM, enterprise resource planning, and helpdesk systems.

In addition, with GenVoice's Smart plan, users receive one free phone number and more than 40 features for free. Plans start at $9.99 a month.
"This smart plan covers your entire company, regardless how many users or extensions you have, or where your phones are located," Li said.
