Fonolo, a provider of cloud-based call-back solutions for the call center, today announced that its In-Call Rescue solution is compliant with the IP Office Platform from Avaya. In-Call Rescue replaces hold time with a call-back.
The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya IP Office Server Edition using SIP Trunks. Avaya IP Office is a midmarket business communications solution blending telephony, messaging, conferencing, contact center, video, and unified communications all in one platform.

Fonolo is a Technology Partner in the Avaya DevConnect program, an initiative to develop, market and sell third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology and extend the value of a company's investment in its network. As a Technology Partner, Fonolo is eligible to submit products for compliance testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab. There, a team of Avaya engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya-compatible.
