Florida Blue Contact Center Named a Center of Excellence

BenchmarkPortal has certified the contact center of Florida Blue, Florida's Blue Cross/Blue Shield organization, as a Center of Excellence, placing it in the top 10 percent of call centers nationwide.

A contact center that has been certified as a Center of Excellence by BenchmarkPortal has met or surpassed rigorous standards of efficiency and effectiveness.

Florida Blue's member contact center employs 1,200 team members.
