Fathom Voice, a provider of cloud-based communications solutions, has launched Fathom Connect, an upgraded version of its cloud phone system. Fathom Connect is the flagship product in Fathom Voice's product suite, which includes Customer Care, Sales Accelerator, and Call Tracking.

The company guarantees 99.99 percent uptime for customers without any equipment or a long setup process, starting at $20 per user per month. Fathom Connect works with or without desk phones and includes integrated SMS/MMS chat and screen sharing. Employees can access Fathom Connect from anywhere in the world. Additional Fathom Connect features include but are not limited to voicemail to email, call recording, Salesforce Click-to-Call, and call monitoring.
