Empirix has released the Hammer Cloud Platform, a testing platform with integrated functional, regression, systems integration, performance, and customer experience testing within contact center environments and enterprise networks.
Hammer Cloud Platform is intended for telephony, quality assurance, operations, application development, and development operations teams who need to frequently execute tests to ensure their contact center applications are ready for business.
With Hammer Cloud Platform, cross-functional teams can create, schedule, and execute QA test cases, deploy large-scale tests, and execute ongoing active test scenarios in a production environment. They can migrate test cases between applications and facilitate workflow efficiencies. Open APIs allow integration with configuration management, bug tracking, inventory tools, and other solutions.
Hammer Cloud Platform includes the following:
- Hammer On-Demand QA for pre-production functional and regression testing;
- Hammer On-Demand Performance for load, stress, and performance testing; and
- VoiceWatch for ongoing active test scenarios within a production environment.
"Empirix Hammer Cloud Platform meets the integration needs of DevOps teams," said Empirix's chief strategy officer, Franco Messori, in a statement. "Open APIs, cross-functional workflows, and the ability to test across the entire software development lifecycle mitigates the inherent risk that is always present for DevOps teams. Hammer Cloud Platform accelerates release cycles and simply makes their jobs easier."
