Dura Software has acquired DVSAnalytics, a provider of workforce optimization (WFO) solutions for contact centers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

DVSAnalytics' WFO solutions provide interaction recording, interaction analytics, speech analytics, performance management, agent engagement, and workforce management.
