Dialpad, a provider of artificial intelligence-powered communication and collaboration solutions, has been certified by the International Organization for Standardization(ISO), adding ISO 27001:2013, ISO 27017:2015, and ISO 27018:2019 validation for the protection of sensitive data and information on cloud platforms.

Dialpad's cloud platform is also certified for SOC Type II, HIPAA, CSA, and GDPR compliance.
